Results Round-Up

The Bulls hold their four point gap over the bottom two, and regain a place in the table after today's results. Northampton are the only side in the bottom six not to pick up any points this weekend after they went down 2-0 at Oxford, slipping down to 22nd. Dagenham drew 1-1 with Burton to end a run of nine straight losses, but had a man sent off for a bad challenge. 18th place Bristol Rovers continue their poor form with a 4-1 loss at Gillingham.

At the top Crawley drew 1-1 at Crewe to increase their lead to four points from Southend, who lost last night, and Cheltenham, who drew last night. Shrewsbury cut the gap to that pair to two points with a 1-0 home win over Macclesfield, and Swindon beat Morecambe 3-0 to move up to fifth. Torquay's play off hopes faded slightly after losing 3-1 at Accrington with both sides ending up with ten men. Rotherham beat Wimbledon 1-0 to move within two points of the play-offs, and Port Vale are a point behind them after thumping Aldershot 4-0 with one-time Bulls tormentor Guy Madjo scoring a hat-trick.

In the Conference, Wrexham beat Gateshead 2-1 to lead the table by three points from Fleetwood. Luton won 3-1 at Tamworth, who had two players sent off. Forest Green lost 2-0 at home to Lincoln, while Stockport drew 0-0 with fellow strugglers Alfreton after managing just two shots on target all game.
