Barnet have signed Arsenal youngster Sead Hajrovic on an initial months loan. The teenage Swiss defender is yet to make his first team debut but has made several reserve team appearances for the Gunners. Accrington have signed defender Liam Willis on a contract until the end of the season, and taken Charlton striker Michael Smith on loan. Willis was released by Wigan in the summer while Smith, who joined the Addicks from Darlington in August, will remain at the Crown Ground until the end of the season.
Swindon have signed winger Luke Rooney from Gillingham for an undisclosed fee. The 21 year old has signed a deal that runs until the summer of 2014. Morecambe forward Kevin Ellison is to see a specialist over a back problem that has seen him miss several games over the past month. The Shrimps are to trial two teenagers, with Blackpool goalkeeper Chris Kettings and Chesterfield striker Jordan Burrow set to play in their reserves today.
Port Vale have delayed their AGM by more than a month. The date has been pushed back to mid-March with a club statement saying that two of the four current directors, Perry Deakin and Glenn Oliver, will stand down at the meeting. The Supporters Club have put out a call for fans to come forward to act as interim directors, with their moves to call an EGM still ongoing, while the local press say that former chairman Bill Bratt has been involved in talks to find new funding for the club.
Lincoln have announced a £500,000 investment into the club to meet it's 'serious financial challenges'. Most of the money comes from the exisiting board, with the local co-operative and a former director also contributing. Burton midfielder Jacques Maghoma is to be disciplined by the club after abusing fans on Twitter. The former Bulls trialist complained on the social networking site after being dropped to the bench for a recent game, before attacking fans that questioned his attitude.
Ipswich have rejected an offer from Swindon for striker Ronan Murray. The 20 year old is out of contract in the summer, after spending two months with the Robins recently, and the Tractorboys have offered him a new deal. Northwich have been locked out of their ground after club owner Jim Rushe failed to buy the stadium in time. Rushe agreed in 2009 to buy the ground but failed to complete the deal and an unnamed third party bought the ground earlier in the week.
