On Sunday 25th March, Edgar and more than one million members of the great British public are expected to take part in a Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile at venues all across the UK. So pull up your socks, put on your Bulls shirt, follow Edgar and head on down to the start line at Hereford Leisure Centre.
With a choice to complete one, three or six miles, everyone can come together to take part - from tiny toddlers to top-notch sports pros! And there will be plenty of other entertainment and activities on offer, which will ensure that it is a fantastic day.
Sport Relief has raised more than £124 million during the last decade, which has transformed the lives of some of the most vulnerable people living here in the UK and across the world's poorest countries. And with your support, the Sport Relief 2012 campaign will be more successful than ever in the UK's biggest year of sport.
Current Hereford United captain Rob Purdie says: "What better way to support such a fantastic cause than by showing your colours at the Hereford Mile? Your sponsorship money will help poor and disadvantaged people all over the world and in our communities here in the UK. Have a great day and remember to represent Hereford with pride!"
It couldn't be easier to enter the Hereford Mile. Log on to sportrelief.com/mile to select your start time and distance, or for information on the hundreds of Sport Relief Miles taking place across the nation.
