The Bulls are just a point and a place off the foot of the table after today's results. Dagenham beat Macclesfield 2-0, in front of just 1,446, but remain bottom by a point from the Bulls, who are in the drop zone thanks to their -20 goal difference. Plymouth are level on 35 points with -17 difference after a 1-0 win over Shrewsbury, while Macclesfield are -13 after failing to register a win in 2012. Barnet lost 2-0 at home to Morecambe, in front of 1,537, to sit on 37 points and -23 goals, with Northampton also on 37 but -20 after going down 2-1 at Accrington. Bradford are on 39 points after a 1-0 loss to Aldershot, with Burton level with Port Vale on 43 points after they went down 4-1 at home to Torquay and the Valiants let slip a 2-1 lead to lose 3-2 at Crawley.
At the top Swindon lost 2-0 at Crewe to see their lead cut to four points from Torquay, with Southend third. Shrewsbury are fourth with Cheltenham fifth after they lost 3-0 at home to Gillingham. Crawley are sixth, four points clear of Oxford who beat Rotherham 2-1. The U's have a point advantage over Gillingham, with Crewe two points further behind. In mid-table Bristol Rovers beat Wimbledon 1-0.
In the Conference, Fleetwood are six points clear after winning 4-1 at Telford with Wrexham having two games in hand and not playing. Mansfield beat Barrow 7-0, and Southport beat Stockport 5-0. Kidderminster won 4-1 at Braintree, and Forest Green lost 3-1 at home to Hayes and Yeading. Darlington remain in trouble after losing 2-0 at home to Ebbsfleet, and are now four points the wrong side of the relegation line.
