Bulls support 'Know The Score'

Hereford United supporters will probably have noticed that most of the squad were wearing shirts with a 'Know the Score' logo whilst warming up for yesterday's game against Plymouth.

The Bulls were just one of several clubs promoting the 'Know the Score' message this weekend.

It was good to see Hereford United supporting this campaign given former striker Adam Stansfield died from bowel cancer.

Know the Score is a charity dedicated to help tackle bowel cancer.

Current England midfielder James Milner, World Cup winner Martin Peters, women’s captain Faye White and former striker Les Ferdinand have all pledged their support and helped to promote ‘Know the Score’ in a national newspaper campaign.

The campaign is also being backed by several leading bowel cancer charities who want to raise awareness of key symptoms.

These include the Bobby Moore Fund, the Adam Stansfield Foundation, Beating Bowel Cancer, Bowel Cancer UK , the Men’s Health Forum and the founding charity of ‘Know the Score’, the Mr Brightside Project.

The campaign will run until the end of April.
