Make It Like A Home Game Says O'Kelly

A good turnout of Hereford United supporters is expected at Barnet this evening for what is probably the Bulls' most important game since the Conference play-off final at the Walkers Stadium.

Should the Bulls win the game then they have a chance of staying in the League but if the game is drawn or lost, relegation to the Conference looms.

The last time Hereford were relegated to the Conference was in 1997 when Graham Turner was manager.

Current manager Richard O'Kelly is hoping supporters will get behind the team as they have done recently both at Accrington last Monday and at Edgar Street last Friday when Plymouth were the visitors.

Six HUISA coaches are leaving Edgar Street around 2pm, other supporters are driving there and some including several London Bulls may travel by train/underground.

"They went up there (Accrington) and they stood for ninety minutes, probably longer than ninety minutes, getting absolutely soaked," O'Kelly told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"That was fanastic.

"Tonight if they can make it like a home game for us, a bit like Plymouth did for their team in the first half, then everything helps."

As regards team selection O'Kelly hasn't given much away.

"I've got an idea in my head!"
