Nibbo On the Run

Hereford United photographer Steve Niblett is due to run in the London Marathon this coming Sunday.

'Nibbo' has been missing from his usual position pitchside at Edgar Street and several away grounds recently he has prepares for the run.

It hasn't been easy as he damaged his calf muscles recently but they appear to have responded to treatment.

So today he is in London to register for the run.

I am running the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday April 22nd, 2012 and will be fund-raising for 2 charities.Herefordshire Carers Support charity and the Adam Stansfield Foundation. They are both deserving causes: HCS provide support for unpaid carers, there are approximately 30,000 of them in Herefordshire. Adam Stansfield was a respected striker for Yeovil Town, Hereford United and Exeter City. Sadly Adam succumbed to bowel cancer 18 months ago leaving a young family behind. The Foundation perpetuates his memory and supports local U16's football across 3 counties including Herefordshire.I’m asking for friends, family and Bulls fans to support me in my run.

Nibbo has already raised over £2,000.
