Cambridge boss Jez George has praised loanee Bull Harry Pell after opting to deploy him in a wide wing role.
The central midfielder had played wide once before, for the Bulls, last season without much success, but George told the local press the former Bristol Rovers man did a good job during their draw with Wrexham:
"We wanted some more height in the team and to be strong in midfield. We’ve asked Harry to do something that’s a bit out of his comfort zone as he’s a central midfielder, but he did well and worked tremendously hard."
Pell is due to remain with the club for all but the Bulls' final two games of the season, and cannot be recalled beforehand.
