Hereford United chairman David Keyte has said that it's still costing around £25K per week to run the football club.
Whilst the Bulls have had some extra income recently, Keyte is still warning that costs need to be kept under control.
"We have to restructure the club because the gates are not reaching break-even figures," Keyte told the Hereford Journal.
"We are having talks this week.
"The football club costs £25K per week to run and we are just paying the wages at present.
"Beating Shrewsbury was a great day for us for obvious reasons and it gives us some sort of a financial lifeline.
"We're not getting ahead of ourselves but it's every small club's dream to get a big draw in the third round.
"When Crawley went to Manchester United they cleared £1M."
Keyte revealed that donations to the club's fighting fund have reached £22K and the club made £49K from the Shrewsbury Cup-tie.
