Martin Foyle with His Staff Just Before Kick-off at the Race-course |
"To come away from Wrexham with three points is a great day for us.
"Our formation does invite pressure at times with Ryan working his socks off up front but the midfield have come out at the right times, we've defended crosses, Bits has come out and collect crosses - I thought we were very good.
"We've gone from 4-4-2 because at times in the middle of the park we were getting over-run so we've put the extra person in there and so sacrified a striker. But it's made us a better team.
"I think we've harder to beat down the sides."
Foyle admitted he was glad to have a free week after 'three heavy games'.
Right back Andy Gallinagh was missing today. Luke Graham took his place.
"He went down ill yesterday so that was a blow leaving us with four defenders.
"And Toddy has just been recalled so that's another headache!
"That's him gone back and it's six weeks to the window or do we pay the bill, I don't know."
