Lincoln have extended the contract of defender Peter Gilbert to the end of the season. The former Southend man has played 15 times since signing a short term deal in early October. Woking have released keeper Sam Beasant by mutual consent. The former Glenn Hoddle Academy man has signed for Conf South side Billericay instead after not playing a first team game in nearly three months.

Attendances in the Welsh Premier are down 14% compared to the first half of last season. Boxing Day attendances were down 19% on last year's figures. Telford boss Andy Sinton has told the press the club have received an offer from another Conference side for striker Chris Sharp. The former Welsh Premier hotshot was reported to be a club record signing when he switched to the Bucks 18 months ago.

Forest Green have appealed for witnesses after a small group of Newport fans clashed with stewards inside the stadium during their Boxing Day match. Lincoln have put veteran keeper David Preece on contract until the end of the season. The 36 year old will combine playing with a coaching role at the club after originally signing non-contract terms at the start of the month.

Coventry are reported to have failed to meet a deadline of Boxing Day to pay the £1.1million in rent owed to the owners of the Ricoh Arena. The matter can now be taken to a winding-up petition, with the documents unable to be filed until the courts reopen on Jan 2nd. Tamworth will extend the loan of Cambridge winger Adriano Moke to the end of the season once the transfer window reopens. The 22 year old has played in 8 Conference matches since arriving at The Lamb in October.

Telford have transfer listed defender Chris Blackburn. The 30 year old, who has not played for the first team since August due to injury, has played over 400 games, mostly at Conference level.
