Over the past few weeks Hereford United supporters have dug deep into their pockets to help with the cost of the team coach to away grounds.
The next away coach that needs supporting is the one to Grimsby on January 5th. The club has decided not to have a team coach to Kidderminster on January 1st and will use a combination of cars and a minibus on that day.
LWLS (Paul) who has been co-ordinating the coach donations and auctions says that the club would like supporters to help with the cost of the team coaches for the remainder of the season and also help with the cost of the coach to Ebbsfleet last Saturday.
'All coaches up to Ebbsfleet last weekend had been paid for. As many of you know the club paid for an overnight stay which of course proved fruitless and according to Lee, from the club office, we are unlikely to receive any compensation from the league for the wasted trip.
'Currently there stands £180 in the coach kitty with one outstanding donation (you know who you are) The Grimsby coach is currently up for auction as the club have decided to go to Kiddy by mostly car sharing and mini bus, I think the club should be applauded for this prudence.
'If anyone would like to bid for a place a coach in advance please feel free to do so.'
