Whilst there is no clause in the signed loan deal to prevent Bush playing, Foyle told BBC Hereford and Worcester that he had taken the decision after speaking to the Gateshead manager.
"I did do the loan with the secretary and there was no clause he couldn't play," said Foyle.
"But I did have the manager on the phone yesterday pleading with me not to play him.
"They realised they had made a mistake.
"Ant's (Gateshead manager) done me a favour so I've got no problems.
"Bush won't play tomorrow."
Joe Heath is expected to take his place at left back.
