Herefordshire Council have announced that the sewerage works on Newmarket Street are complete, and the ring road will reopen tomorrow.
The move sees the road reopen a week ahead of schedule, with the Council citing good weather as allowing the works to proceed unhindered. Businesses in the city have been reporting substantial drops in trade during the three weeks of the closure, with many outside the city opting to avoid the area.
