Central defender Dominic Collins has become the third new signing of the day for the Bulls.
The 22 year old played 37 times for Chester, helping them to win Conf North last term, but was released with manager Neil Young unable to guarantee him a permanent berth.
Martin Foyle told the official site: "Dom has a lot of potential and it's our job to make sure he reaches his potential with us. I am sure he, along with Rod will benefit from working alongside Luke Graham"
Collins previously had spells with Preston and Northwich, where he played under Foyle during his brief spell there.
