Press clipping reveal new signing Dominic Collins is highly thought of.
“He has got huge potential and hopefully we will be a stepping stone for him to get back into league football, while in the meantime he can help take us up the league."
Over at Chester, boss Neil Young told the Chester Leader that Collins was outside his budget for the coming season: “Dominic is a fantastic footballer with a great professional attitude and he’s a brilliant lad, but he needs to be playing regular football if he’s going to develop his game and his career.
“He needs to be playing up to 40 matches in a season to gain experience, but he’s not going to do that if he’s sat on the bench.

“I know I can’t forecast what will happen, but I feel Dominic has a big future ahead of him because he has good ability, but he needs regular football.”
Collins, who toured the US with Preston's first team as a highly rated 16 year old, made the step up from the Evo-Stik League to Conf North last summer, and expects to make the transition to the fifth tier as well: “The Conference Premier would present a good step up for me ... I’m only 22 and it would be good for my development."
