This from the Trust:
A game of two halves, with almost all the play towards the away end, maybe shooting towards the home fans was as simple as pushing custard up a hill with a fork? The first half seemed as if our mighty bulls had been pushing too much custard into their mouth in their celebrations the day before. Sadly the second half huff & puff was not enough to recover from the first half disparity. Kidderminster were the victors by 2 goals to 1. Bad times, although the prediction league is now up to date, good times!
We had 90 predictors for this game, with the result split almost equally, 30% went for a Bulls victory, 39% for a draw & 31% for a Kiddy win. Of the 28 who got the result correct, 13 got the score spot on and picked up 5 points, with the remaining 15 getting at least 3 points before bonuses. There were 55 bonus points awarded, with 37 points given out for the correct number of HUFC goals, 4 for the correct margin (-1) & 14 for the inverse score-line.
In the table the lead has changed hands for the fourth game in a row, with Kick in the Bullsnow leading the way once again on 83 points, 2.5 clear of the next competitor, Barry the Hatchet who has climbed up two positions, DORSET BULL is next 1 points ahead of former leader Terry Jackins, with ROGER LUNDBERG completing the top 5. Our biggest movers werengwilliam & mikey50boy who both picked up 16 positions after getting the maximum points on offer for the correct score-line.
Our monthly table is taking shape, with one game remaining MPG2000 leads the way with 10 points so far this December, in joint second place, 1 point behind is Llubyllub & November prize winner Arch of Lemner, with Barry the Hatchet & Tricky Tree a further point back. Yet, the monthly prize is still anyone’s for the taking, with a lack of games in December meaning a low scoring month along with the previous cup failures, we just have the DOUBLE POINTS game at the end of the month to decide who will be gaining our December top points scorer accolade.
So our next game is TOMORROW EVENING at home on the Telly to Forest Green, and as mentioned, this game is a DOUBLE POINTS ROUND! Make sure to get those predictions in to us here using predictions@hufctrust.co.uk – we’re all hoping for a win against the Gumpers to go into the new year on a high!
The table is up to date, over on our prediction league page, go have a click & look. Then why not go have a look at what we as a Trust have been up to, in our news section.
