Hereford United goalkeeper Daniel Lloyd-Weston thought that this afternoon game against Salisbury was 'even all around'.
"I thought Will Puddy (Salisbury's keeper) was excellent in goal for them today," Lloyd-Weston told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"We got behind them quite a few times and had quite a few attempts on them.
"But he was very solid.
"They are where they are in the League for a good reason, they are a very strong team.
"But I thought we stood up to them exceptionally well today. All the lads in front of me were absolutely magnificent. It's really positive at the minute.
"There were quite a few times we tried to attack them and it's very direct from us. That's very much our game at the minute."
Lloyd-Weston spoke about the supporters at Edgar Street.
"They absolutely magnificent getting behind us, the more the better because this club needs as many people as we can get. It's not exactly easy times at the minute."
Dom Collins scored Hereford's goal with a diving header.
"I couldn't believe it when that happened. I thought he would get a nose bleed going that far forward."
Next it's Kidderminster.
"Very much looking forward to it after today's game.
"After we played them on Boxing Day I thought they were the best team we've played.
"We are going to have to be so ready for them."
