Forest Green have added veteran striker Lee Hughes to their dozens of attacking options.
The 37 year old has signed from Port Vale, with Valiants boss Micky Adams telling their official site: “The thing is he wants to play regular football and I can’t give him a regular place so he is joining Forest Green Rovers on an 18 month deal, which he is happy with."
Hughes has started only six League One games this season, making seven more sub appearances and scoring three goals.
