Tamworth manager Dale Belford has called on the club's fans to be vocal in supporting their side for their 'make or break' relegation clash with Aldershot on Saturday. Belford says the Shots game, and their Tuesday derby with Nuneaton are 'absolutely massive' in their fight for survival, with the Lambs seven points short of safety after a run of just two points from their last seven games.

Chester are having 'a new lease of life' under boss Steve Burr according to midfielder Craig Mahon. The Blues have earned eight points from their last four games and face relegation rivals Aldershot and Dartford, the two sides immediately below them, in their next two games having netted seven times in their last two games.

Robbie Fowler has admitted an interest in the vacant Wrexham job. The Liverpool Academy coach says that someone has put his name forward but he did not directly apply for the job. Meanwhile, former boss Andy Morrell has told the local press that his main regret was not retaining defender Chris Westwood. The veteran left for Alfreton after budget cuts at the Racecourse Ground.

Plymouth owner James Brent has told fans that the club is not under threat after several businesses owned by him went into Administration. A statement says that a restructuring of his hotels group has seen some of the companies involved closed. Coventry have reported a loss of over £7million for last season. The club is reported to owe £42million, mostly to hedge fund SISU, but have assets of just £554,000.

Wrexham midfielder Elliott Durrell has been ruled out for the remainder of the season as he needs an operation to clear debris from his knee. The decision has been made to have the operation now so the recent signing can be fit for pre-season training.
