Former Bulls striker Mark Beesley has taken his first steps in management after being named as Assistant Manager at current club Burscough. The 33 year old has been with the West Lancashire League side for just over a year. Brentford say Toumani Diagouraga's loan at Portsmouth will not be extended. The Frenchman has impressed in three games for Pompey, but Bees boss Mark Warburton wants him back for their promotion push.
Tamworth have loaned Wrexham midfielder Kevin Thornton on an initial one month deal. The 27 year old's move won't be completed this week as the cross-border deal is stuck in FA red tape. Wrexham have also loaned Theo Bailey-Jones to Colwyn Bay for the rest of the season. The youngster has made only three sub appearances for the Dragons since extending his contract to the end of the season in January.
Lincoln have signed striker Kris Bright on a deal until the end of the season. The New Zealander, 27, has played in Hungary, Malta, Norway, and Finland since leaving Shrewsbury in 2010.
