Keith Dodd, chairman of HUISA, has told BBC Hereford and Worcester that he was'gutted'after hearing that the Bulls had been thrown out of the Conference.
"The new owner came down on Saturday, met fans at the fund-raising event, told everybody what he was going to do to the club, everybody felt confident.
"We had Mark Ellis, the recruitment officer, who has, apparantly, 22 players coming tomorrow.
"The girls in the club have been putting up beds for them to sleep on over-night as training is supposed to start tomorrow.
"Where are we going, what's it all about?
"Why buy a football club and then allow this to happen."
