Fownhope FC have backed a HUST/Consortium run team at Edgar Street. A statement reads:
Following last night's Annual General Meeting the management committee of Fownhope Football Club agreed that it would like to offer it's unreserved support to the Hereford United Supporters Trust and their efforts in regaining Hereford United for it's fans.
We would like to place an offer on the table of a friendly fixture between our 1st team and the newly formed HUST/Consortium ran club as and when a team is formed with funds being raised towards the running of the club.
An offer has also been made to play the HUST fans team in a fundraising friendly.
