There will be presentations by the Steering Group, Supporters Direct, and the present Trusts, along with a Q&A session and vote.

The meeting starts on Thursday at 7.30pm, in the Main Hall at the Richmond Club on Edgar Street.

News Round-Up

Wrexham have released veteran winger Glen Little. The 37 year old spent two years with the Dragons and says he will not be hanging up his boots yet. Port Vale chairman Paul Wildes has quit the club six months after taking over. He has sold his 50% stake to co-owner Norman Smurthwaite, with the pair saying they had different plans on the club's future.

Yeovil have won promotion to the Championship after beating Brentford 2-1 in their play-off final yesterday. Former Bull Byron Webster played in the game, while Gavin Williams was an unused sub but still managed to get booked for kicking the ball away while warming up. Bradford won promotion to League One, beating Northampton 3-0. Ex-Bull Alan Connell was a late sub for the Bantams, while Lee Collins started for the Cobblers.

Graham Turner believes he can take Shrewsbury into the Championship. Now 65, Turner says he is staying at the club without a contract after postponing a move 'upstairs' to a Director of Football role, with the intention of having a crack at promotion from League One. Halifax manager Neil Aspin gave his Conf North play-off winners medal to a disabled fan following their promotion to the Conference.

Dartford have signed defender Kenny Clark and midfielder Max Cornhill, both from Chelmsford. Clark, 24, started his career in Dagenham's youth team before playing for Thurrock, while Cornhill, 26, played for Romford and East Thurrock. Forest Green have terminated the contract of midfielder Jamie Collins by mutual consent, with the player joining Conf South side Eastleigh. Collins, 28, has struggled with the commute from his Hertfordshire home since joining the Gumpers 18 months ago, making 21 appearances this season.

Luton have signed two more players, taking Jim Stevenson and Danny Fitzsimons from Conf South side Histon. Defender Fitzsimons, 21, had spells at Yeovil and QPR, while Stevenson, also 21, came through the Stutes' youth policy. Histon will be due a fee on the pair, with is reported to be under negotiation.

NLP Claim £300k BT TV Deal For Conf

Today's Non-League Paper says a deal has been done with the fledgling BT Sport to cover the Conference on their new channels next season.

"Hands have been shaken" on a £300,000 deal that will bring up to 30 games to millions of BT customers, with the new channels being dished out for free to BT Internet users.

Conference chairman Brian Lee told the paper: "It's great news, we've got an agreement in place for next season and it's the news the league wanted."

Lee also tells the paper that they are still searching for a new sponsor for next season, but that the new TV deal will aid that search.

European Football for Kenny Lunt

Former Bull Kenny Lunt steered his Bala side to victory over Ryan Green’s Port Talbot in today’s play-off final at The GenQuip Stadium, Port Talbot this after noon.

A goalless first half saw Lunt create a hat-trick of chances for his strike colleagues.  The hosts came into the game in the second period but a late strike from fullback John Irving sealed the win to take Lunt’s North Wales Bala outfit into the preliminary round of the Europa League.

Speaking after the game Lunt said "I was pleased to see The Bulls get a decent finish in their first season back in The Conference.  I enjoyed my time there and always look for the results."

"I work three days at Crewe coaching some of the youngsters, one evening training with Bala and a match on the weekends."

"Now I’ve got a nice away day to look forward too in this Europa League and I hope The Bulls have a great season in 2013/14."

News Round-Up

Coventry chief executive Tim Fisher has told the press the club will never play at the Ricoh Arena again, still claiming they have been locked out. The stadium owners have denied the claim, saying they have stopped negotiations with Fisher and owners SISU as the Administrator is now in charge of the club. Fisher says they will seek to build a new ground in the area within three years, ground sharing elsewhere in the interim.

Exeter have offered former Bulls loanee Tom Nichols a new contract. The 19 year old followed his loan at Edgar Street with spells at Bath and Dorchester. Gateshead have signed Barrow striker Adam Boyes for the coming season. The 22 year old netted 15 times for the relegated side and rejected new contract talks to move on.

Southport have made Barrow keeper Danny Hurst their first signing under new manager Alan Wright. The former Fleetwood keeper spent the last two seasons with the Bluebirds. Forest Green boss Dave Hockaday says the signing of Anthony Barry is to be his last signing of the summer. Barry was the club's third signing, joining forwards Danny Wright and Andy Mangan.

Chester have added Scott Brown, Matt McGinn, and Tony Gray to the list of players leaving the club this summer. The trio cannot commit to the schedule for the coming season.

Stefan Stam has signed a two-year deal with Dutch Eerste Divisie (2nd Division) side FC Den Bosch with the second years coming by way of player option.

33 year-old Stam was welcomed to the Club by Technical Director Fred Van Der Hoorn saying “Stefan is a dominant, physically strong, left-footed central defender with great experience and leadership qualities.”

Stam made 44 appearances for The Bulls last season and his organising skills at the back were a major part of the team success.

Interview with Bulls's Groundsman On H&W

There will be a in-depth interview with the man responsibile for maintaining the pitch at Edgar Street tomorrow afternoon on BBC Hereford and Worcester.

With work in progress to drain the pitch, Ian Pritchard will spell out to Terry Goodwin why the work is required and how, he hopes, it will be paid for by selling 'squares' of the pitch to supporters.

The interview will form part of the 'summer' sports programe which starts at 2pm.

Daish Leaves Ebbsfleet By Mutual Consent

Manager Liam Daish has left Ebbsfleet by mutual consent after talks with the incoming owners.

Daish, 44, took over the club in 2005 and is the club's longest serving manager in history - a feat recognised by the club this season when they named a stand at Stonebridge Road after him. During his tenure the Fleet won the FA Trophy in 2008, and promotion to the Conference via the Conf South play-offs in 2011.

Fairhurst Swaps Silkmen For Imps

Former Bulls loanee Waide Fairhurst has signed for Lincoln from Macclesfield.

The 24 year old former Doncaster man was offered a new deal at Moss Rose, but has reportedly turned it down in favour of a two year deal at Sincil Bank. Imps boss Gary Simpson signed Fairhurst, who scored 13 goals this term, for the Silkmen in 2011 but an injury hit first campaign saw Simpson sacked and Fairhurst fail to find the net.

News Round-Up

Tamworth have announced the signing of released Walsall winger Jake Jones after outbidding Lincoln for his services. The 20 year old had previously called his agreement to join Lincoln 'a no-brainer' but changed his mind at the last minute. Former Bull Alan Connell is reported to be a transfer target of Exeter and Plymouth after supposedly being told he will be surplus to requirements if Bradford win their League Two play-off.

Bury's board have released a statement saying they hope to have news on investment into the club shortly. It has been a month since the club announced that it needed £1million 'within days' to survive. Former Bull Stuart Fleetwood has told the Luton press he thinks he can get a club in the Football League following his release. The 27 year old underwent surgery yesterday on a hernia problem, but says he'll be fit in three weeks.

Worcester council has said yesterday's meeting with the club and developer St Modwen was 'really productive'. Talks ended without resolution, with the developer refusing to speak to the BBC about the matter. Forest Green have signed released Fleetwood midfielder Anthony Barry on a three year deal. The 26 year old won the Conference with Accrington in 2006.

Cambridge have continued their early squad building with the signing of winger Mitch Austin from Stalybridge. The 22 year old Australian has played in his home country and Sweden before three years with the Conf North side. Barnet boss Edgar Davids is reported to be interested in coaching Kenyan side Harambee Stars. The claim comes from former Bees midfielder Taiwo Atieno, who is a former Kenyan international.

Luton have signed striker Mark Cullen following his release from Hull. The 21 year old ended the season on loan at Stockport, scoring four times in 16 games. Tamworth have signed striker Deqwon Ebanks for the coming season. The teenager was released by Birmingham this summer after completing a scholarship.

Next Season Will Be Difficult Says Foyle

As reported yesterday on BN, Hereford United manager Martin Foyle is back at work after his holiday. He has admitted that the coming season will be very difficult with a much smaller budget but has vowed to do the best he can.

Six weeks ago he was given a budget for next season and so started to look at players who might be worth a trial.

However yesterday there was a board meeting and Foyle was given some disappointing news.

"The budget has changed again," Foyle told Bulls Player.

"That's the bit I probably found hard because all that work I've done, all those players are probably out of my reach now.

"We are going into a little bit of the unknown."

Foyle expects plenty of players at pre-season trials.

"Players will come in and out the doors, left, right and centre.

"We've got to be very very patience as a club.

"Last year was hard but I did know the second year would be harder but not as hard as this.

"Someone did say to me the other day - by the way you've got the hardest job in the Conference next year.

"I looked at him and thought spot on but it's a challenge and me and (Andy) Porter are certainly up for it."

Foyle is looking for any supporters who might be able to help with accomodation for on-trial players especially in July.

And he also mentioned the strong season ticket sales and how that revenue will help the club.

"We've got to pay the VAT bill and the PAYE and the football creditors because if we don't pay them by a certain date then we will get a transfer embargo on us again.

"We don't want that over us again.

"Please keep buying those early season tickets as it does help."

To end with Foyle returned to the budget.

"It was very very inflated two and three seasons ago for what Hereford United were.

"I know how Graham (Turner) worked, he kept a tight ship and a lot of loan players.

"The chairman (David Keyte) and directors came in and put a lot of money in. We certainly know it's been tough for them.

"But there's a level and I think supporters have got to realise now that we are on our knees but we saved so much last year, can we do it again this year.

"This is the year that could put us under pressure a little bit, hopefully we'll get around it."

Bulls Offer McDonald Deal

Defender Rod McDonald is the fourth player to be offered a deal for next season by the Bulls.

The former Nantwich defender scored twice in 11 games for the Bulls since his January arrival, impressing many with his performances.

Meanwhile Martin Foyle has spoken to Bulls Player about the statuses of Sam Clucas, Ryan Bowman, and Marley Watkins: "Sam has had a fair bit of interest, and so has Ryan, but unless clubs offer us money that we feel is a reasonable fee then the boys won't be going anywhere."

"Marley has spoken to a couple of clubs, but we've offered him a contract and hopefully he'll sign it."

News Round-Up

Wrexham midfielder Dean Keates says he is not impressed with the offer of a new deal made by the club. The veteran says that only being offered a one year deal, and for less money overall than his current contract, means staying will be difficult as he has already been offered a two year deal elsewhere. US millionaire Preston Haskell IV has made an offer to buy Coventry and a half share in the Ricoh Arena. The offer would see him buy the half share of the stadium that is held by a charity, with the council holding the other half.

Conf North side Workington are up for sale, with general manager Alec Graham telling the BBC that the division is 'too southern' and costing too much in travel expenses. He says that the club are forking out £100,000 a season in costs with trips to Cambridge, Hertfordshire, and Oxford in their list of destinations. Chester have released Dom Collins, with manager Neil Young saying the 22 year old needs to be playing regularly. The central defender worked with Martin Foyle at Northwich.

Lincoln are reported to have missed out on new investment from new Scunthorpe board member Peter Swann. The departed Gainsborough chief is reported to have backed out of a move to the Imps 'at the last minute' to go to Glandford Park instead. Cambridge say their plans for a new stadium are not dead despite the local council ruling out a string of potential sites yesterday.

The future of Nuneaton's ground is up in the air after club owner Ian Neale liquidated his company that owns the ground. Neale, who is the sole director at the club, says a transfer of the ground to another of his businesses should be a formality as he was only tidying up his business interests. The Boro are selling tickets at £300 each to a raffle for the naming rights for their stadium.

Aldershot founder Terry Owens says the club's Supporters Trust has had 300 pledges totalling over £100,000 as they investigate the possibility of taking over the club. They are looking to collect £500,000 in pledges to be able to make an offer. Forest Green boss Dave Hockaday's relentless attempt to sign every striker in the country continues with the capture of Andy Mangan on a three year deal. He is their twelfth forward on contract for next term.

Wrexham boss Andy Morrell has confirmed an interest in Airbus defender Lee Owens. The right back was named as the Wingmakers' Player of the Year this season. Former Bull Stuart Fleetwood is to undergo a second hernia operation in a bid to regain fitness. He was told by doctors after the first op that he also required the other side to be done.

Chester have transfer listed striker Nathan Jarman with the joint-top scorer struggling to cope with the commute from his Scunthorpe home. Accrington are reported to have set a total playing budget for the coming season of just £500,000. The move was made to ensure the club break even after a mini-crisis this term.

854 Early-Bird Season Tickets Sold

Hereford United sold 833 season tickets during the early-bird sale which ended at 5pm yesterday.

Updated 1pm: The club has updated the figure to 854 which is even better.

The discount on tickets has now dropped to 5%.

Meanwhile the growing reputation of the catering at the Starlite Rooms could bring in some extra revenue for the club.

BN understands that the club has been offered an opportunity to provide catering on the former livestock market site which is currently being redeveloped.

Westfields Support The Starlite Rooms

Westfields Football Club have chosen to hold their end of season presentations at Hereford United's Starlite Rooms this coming Friday evening.

Westfields have had one of their best seasons for sometime and chief executive Andy Morris is understandably delighted.

"Both our teams have got silverware on display and deserve a bumper dinner and presentation night," Morris told the Hereford Journal.

"It's been a long but successful season."

Aldershot Make 13 Players "Redundant"

Aldershot have made 13 players redundant following their slip into Administration.

It is not currently know exactly who the players are, but several have taken to Twitter to express their disgust at the situation. At least one of those players had a contract for next season, and the footballing authorities are likely to take a dim view of the move.

Under FA, Football League, and Conference rules, footballing creditors must be paid in full - including all contracts of players, who were told this afternoon by phone of the move.

BBC Surrey is reporting that the outstanding contracts form part of the £300,000 football creditors the club owes as part of total debts of £1million.

Pitch Work To Cost £40,000

The cost of the current drainage improvements to the Edgar Street pitch is around £40,000. Hopefully the cost will be met by supporters 'purchasing' square's of the pitch which cost from £25.

The work on the pitch is part of a three year scheme to ensure that Edgar Street is playable in all but the most extreme conditions.

The work is needed as, other than the sprinkler system, hardly any money has been spent on it since Graham Turner arrived at the club late last century.

Ian Pritchard In Front Of The Machine That Puts Clean Stone Over The New Drains
Earlier today Ian Pritchard from Mowtech who looks after the pitch spoke about the work.

"The firm (Clive Richardson Ltd) that has come in to do all the work on the drainage and the re-seeding, they've done jobs in Brazil, Ukraine, everywhere, so they know what they are doing.

"Before they started they did a lot of work seeing what the soil count was, seeing the parts of the ground that get flooded. There are different soil types.

"Firstly they scarified the pitch to get all the dead stuff out, then once the drains are in, they will resurface the pitch with soil and sand.

"After that they will 'earth-quake' the pitch. What that does is it puts a big slit in the ground, which you don't hardly see, about 14 inches deep just over the top of the drains. The machine vibrates the ground to help break up any clay or hard soil.

"Over a three year period this first lot of drainage is the main drainage.

"You've got two drains going down either side of the pitch that go into two big water tanks which have got pumps in.

One Of The Two Big Water Tanks Being Installed
"Then they will put in secondary drains every five metres across the pitch.

The Len Weston Side With Drains Crossing The Pitch

"After their reseeding it's up to me to maintain it.

"We have a fertiliser company that comes in and does a programme. Again they take soil counts.

"This company also does the Millenium Stadium and Cardiff City so they know what they are doing.

"Anybody can chuck some fertiliser on there and it will last a week but we need it to last a lot longer.

"They also use a fertiliser which stops the grass growing up but makes it grow sideways."

Several games at Edgar Street were postponed last winter because of all the wet weather. And to make it worse at times the players had to train on the pitch as there was nowhere else available

"My main aim is to keep them off here from training. It's no good spending money here and not spending money on training grounds.

"We've got a limited amount of funds and it's hard work keeping a ground looking nice and playing well especially if you've got training and trial games on it.

"This is why we are doing a sponsor a patch of Edgar Street which will help pay for the work. (More details - http://bullsnews.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/auction-open-for-prime-pitch-spots.html )

"They are going to be here for a week to ten days. It will cost about £40,000.

"If we could sell half of the pitch squares that would pay the £40,000. More than that would go towards the training grounds."

For a time last season the pitch had been well-rated by visiting teams and officials.

"Every game has a mark from the opposition and the referee. They mark the pitch out of five.

"I looked at the markings after the Cheltenham replay here (Dec 11th) and we were in the top three pitches in the Conference.

"Then the weather came and the pitch couldn't stand it. The water table rose and we had snow and frost. We hadn't got sufficient drainage.

"Although we're spending £40,000 on this, we cancelled the Newport game which cost the club £20,000. It's false ecomony if we haven't got games on this pitch.

"So please buy your squares to help us."

The Grass Area Around The Pitch Is Being Extended
The contractors will be back next spring.

"Next year it's planned to spend another £12,000 on some more drains and the following year another £8,000 or so.

"Over the years nothing has been spent on it along with other parts of the ground.

"My aim is to get the pitch playable every week and get the training grounds better as well."

Early Bird Season Ticket Sales Have Ended

The sale of early bird season tickets at Hereford United finished at 5pm this afternoon.

The club reported steady sales of tickets this morning with 800 tickets being sold by mid-day and 811 by 1.30pm.

Anyone who has missed out on the 10% early bird discount can still get 5% off the price of most season tickets as long as they apply by July 30th.

Meanwhile it's understood the board have been putting the final touches to the new share and debenture schemes details of which will be released next week.

And manager Martin Foyle is back at Edgar Street after his holiday.

Finally construction on the former livestock market, opposite Edgar Street is gathering pace.

Ainsworth Listed By Millers

Former Bulls winger Lionel Ainsworth has been transfer listed by Rotherham.

The former Derby trainee is midway through a two year deal at the New York Stadium, but manager Steve Evans has deemed him as being one of four players surplus to requirements following their promotion to League One. Ainsworth started only eight League games for the Millers, making eight further sub appearances, and spent two months on loan at Aldershot.

Since his second spell at Edgar Street, where he scored three times in seven games, which ended in early 2009 the 25 year old has played for six different sides.

Meanwhile, former Bulls target Richard Brodie has signed for Gateshead on a one year deal. The Crawley striker had a brief spell training at Edgar Street towards the end of the season before a trial at Hartlepool, but has now signed for his hometown club.

Worthington Expects Big Interest In Bowman

York boss Nigel Worthington has confirmed an interest in Bulls striker Ryan Bowman.

He told the local press: “He’s a player we have got our eye on, but so have quite a few other clubs. He’s got good energy and has a presence with his size.

“He scored 15 league goals last season so he has an eye for a goal too. If you can get a couple of strikers capable of scoring 15 goals and everybody else adds to that then you are doing all right.”

The Minstermen have released three strikers this summer, leaving them short of forward options for the coming season, and have also lost the services of former Kidderminster winger Matty Blair.

Southport Appoint Wright

Southport have named former Aston Villa defender Alan Wright as their new manager.

The 41 year old quit playing two years ago after a spell as player/coach at Fleetwood, and spent time as Martin Foyle's no.2 at Northwich before briefly taking the manager's chair after Foyle's departure. Wright has named Blackpool youth coach John Hills as his no.2.

Meanwhile, Macclesfield chief executive Jon Harris has told fans to be patient while they wait to appoint a new manager. It is now six weeks since Steve King was axed as boss, with Harris telling the local press:

“We had hoped to have a manager in place at this stage and that he would be planning for the season ahead but I can only reiterate that we as a club feel it’s more important to install the right man, rather than to make a quick appointment.

“What we are able to say is that when we do announce the identity of our next manager, one that we feel will be best suited to our aims of mounting a genuine challenge for promotion back to League Two, I feel sure that the wait will have been worthwhile.”

The Non-League Paper claimed ten days ago that Robbie Fowler was set to be appointed, but Fowler refuted claims that he was prepared to work for free.

News Round-Up

Wrexham boss Andy Morrell has told the press he had to release veteran defender Chris Westwood on financial grounds. The 36 year old blasted Morrell yesterday over his release, saying he hadn't even been made a low offer to consider. Conference newcomers Salisbury say they have settled an outstanding debt with the taxman after being issued with winding-up proceedings. The club only completed their CVA from their 2010 Administration at the end of December.

Conference newcomers Welling have signed forward Loick Pires following his release from Woking. He left the Wings last summer for the Cards for an undisclosed fee. Plans for a new stadium for Cambridge on green belt land on the edge of the city have been ruled out. Local planners have also ruled out a plan to redevelop their existing Abbey Stadium site.

Barrow have cut prices for Conf North next season, but Adult terrace season ticket will still cost £230 in their early bird period. They will charge £13 to stand at Holker Street next term. Luton have released defender Wayne Thomas, midfielder Adam Watkins, and youngster Lewis Kidd. Thomas, 33, ended the season on loan at Rochdale after being a late Paul Buckle signing, while Watkins, 31, hadn't featured for the Hatters for six months.

Ebbsfleet's potential owners KEH Sports say they want the club to get to the Football League. The organisation's chief executive has told the local press he was yet to visit the club but it was 'a passion' and he did not expect to make money out of the venture. Former Bull John Brough has been confirmed as the new manager at Bishop's Cleeve. The 40 year old has been scouting for Everton's Academy in recent weeks after leaving Cheltenham's youth side just over a year ago.

Cheltenham have announced an across-the-board £1 price increase in matchday tickets next season in a bid to be more competitive in League Two. They are expecting to lose some of their highest rated players this summer as they cannot compete with the wages offered elsewhere. Former Bull Michael Rose has signed a new deal at Rochdale. The former Yeovil and Colchester man, 30, has agreed a two year deal with the Spotland outfit.

Former Bulls loanee Lyle Taylor is reported to be a target of Rotherham and a string of other clubs with claims that he is homesick after a single season in Scotland.

Final Day Of Early Bird Discount

Today is the final day of the early bird season ticket discount.

The club have reported sales totalling 746 at 9am this morning, which is over 100 higher than last season's early bird total and is believed to also be greater than last season's total sales figure.

The club reception is open for sales until 5pm tonight.

Meanwhile, Addisons is showing tonight's UEFA Europa League final match  between Chelsea and Benfica on the big screens, with GL and Stowford Press on offer at £2.50 a pint.

Still Not Interested In Bowman

Luton Town manager John Still has told the local press that he isn't interested in capturing the signature of Hereford United striker Ryan Bowman.

Bowman has also been linked to York and Shrewsbury according to Luton Today. Message board rumours claim the Minstermen have already lodged a bid for the 21 year old.

Randolph Joins Birmingham

Former Hereford United keeper Darren Randolph has joined Birmingham City.

It was reported earlier today on BN that Randolph was looking to return to England after three years in Scotland with Motherwell.

Randolph joined the Bulls on loan from Charlton in July 2008.

His spell at Edgar Street was notable for two reasons.

Firstly an excellent display against Leeds United at Elland Road in September. The Bulls lost 1-0 but it might have been different had Randolph not been in such good form.

Few expected Hereford to gain anything from the match, and so the case proved although Randolph tried his best throughout to keep the scores level. The 'keeper was on inspired form, with Leeds having some 19 shots on target.

Secondly refusing to play in an FA Cup match against Dagenham supposedly because Matt Murray was coming on-loan from Wolves.

What was said between Turner and Randolph on that Saturday may never be known. But the arrival of Wolves keeper Matt Murray had leaked out. Suffice it to say Randolph blotted his career by refusing to play and Samson was brought in with just two hours before the kick-off.

Graham Turner wasn't too pleased and sent him back to Charlton.

"Darren informed me that he had heard we were interested in another goalkeeper and refused to take part in the match," said Turner.

Bulls Pass 700 Season Ticket Mark

With a day and a half remaining of the initial early bird period, the Bulls have passed the 700 mark for Season Ticket sales this summer.

Of the 17 Conference members next season to have produced prices so far, the Bulls offer the cheapest season ticket overall. The £180 adult season ticket available at Edgar Street is 25% cheaper than the average price of the other Conference clubs, with Alfreton's early bird ticket a whopping £289.

Crisis Club News

Aldershot's Supporters Trust has put out a call to fans to see whether they can raise support for a possible takeover of the club. The club's Administrator put out a futher call yesterday for more interest in the club, with heavy cost-cutting ongoing at the club. They have put Season Tickets on sale, ring-fencing the money in case the club goes bust, while announcing that fans will pay £19 for seats and £17 for terracing next season.

Barry Town have had a request to withdraw from the Welsh League accepted. The request came from absent owner Stuart Lovering but was disputed by the club's Supporters Club, who have been running the club since Lovering's departure. The seven-time Welsh champions' problems started 10 years ago when they were relegated from the top flight with debts of £900,000, but the club has limped on since.

Worcester say that Thursday's 'showdown' talks with the local council and developers St Modwen will decide whether the club will seek voluntary liquidation. They are seeking renegotiation of their deal with St Modwen that has seen the builder drag it's heels over building a new ground. The club faces a crippling £385,000 capital gains tax bill if a new ground isn't built by the end of the year.

Bury fans are pleading for information from the club's board about their financial situation. Club statements a month ago warned the club was days from going bust, but there has been no further news for more than three weeks. The club's players have told fans and the press they are in the dark about their futures, and the club is yet to release it's retained list which has to be done this week. Their repayment of their PFA loan is also due this week, and the club owes tax that has been deferred since March.

News Round-Up

Wrexham chief executive Don Bircham has blasted Forest Green over the signing of striker Danny Wright, calling them 'a village team with a lad with a few bob'. Bircham says Wright is being paid 50% more by the Gumpers than he was at the Racecourse Ground. Lincoln have signed striker Danny Rowe on a one year deal following his release from Fleetwood. The 24 year old former Stockport man ended the season on loan at Barrow.

Accrington have appointed James Beattie as their new manager. The former Premier League striker has been player-coach at the Crown Ground since November. Luton have signed goalkeeper Elliot Justham from Ryman League side East Thurrock. The 22 year old has signed a two year deal after playing 31 times this season.
