Brown in contention says Trewick

John Trewick has told the Worcester News that Wayne Brown has been working with the squad over the past week.

Brown has been out of the squad since the first game of the season with a thigh injury.

"Wayne Brown will be in contention for Saturday," said Trewick.

Brown's return to fitness can't come soon enough for the club. Although in general Scott Tynan has performed adequately, his time at Hereford to date will be remembered for the two mix-ups involving captain Tamika Mkandawire that led to goals at Mansfield last Saturday and again against Wycombe last Tuesday.

In the article Trewick reiterates what Graham Turner said in his BBC H&W interview earlier today.

"What we have got to make sure is that the players don't dwell on it too long and make sure they have got plenty of confidence."

Looking forward to the Bury game on Saturday, Trewick took some positives from Tuesday's game.

"We have got to take Tuesday's performance, add something to it and hopefully get three points."
