Ex-Bulls watch

In the higher leagues of England, Gavin Mahon started against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium as The Gunners defeated Watford 3-0. There was better news for Paul Parry in The Championship as Cardiff came away from Selhurst Park with a fine victory to keep them at the top of the table, winning 2-1.

Into League Two and there was no luck for Barnet as they were stuffed 5-0 by Lincoln. Former Bulls loanee Nicky Nicolau started at Underhill. No such luck elsewhere for the ex-Bulls in the league, as Andy Tretton nor David Brown even made the bench as Accrington defeated Torquay 2-0. Mark Robinson sat on the bench as Stockport came away from Hartlepool with a point, Michael Rose didn't even make the 16.

In the Conference, John Grant netted for Aldershot as they beat Kidderminster Harriers 4-2 at The Rec. Jon Brady netted a last minute consolation for Cambridge with Crawley winning 2-1. Anwar Uddin started for Dagenham as they came away from Stevenage with an impressive 2-1 victory. Danny Williams came off the bench for Forest Green at Grays, but there was no place for Jamie Pitman. The game finished 1-1 with just 910 supporters watching. Craig Mawson kept goal for Halifax as they defeated Tamworth 3-1 at The Shay whilst Neil Grayson partnered goalscorer Guy Madjo up front for Stafford, defeating Woking 1-0.

Ben Smith played for Weymouth in their 2-0 home win against Southport. Chukki Erribenne came off the bench for a cameo appearence. The game of the day in the Conference though, was at Christie Park where ex Bulls Craig Stanley and Adam Stansfield came up against each other. Jamie Mackie gave Exeter the lead in the first minute, before Danny Carlton's 38th minute strike bought the game level. It was then the turn of Stanley and Stansfield. Stansfield restored Exeter's lead from close range, and the Grecians looked to be heading for victory until Stanley fired home a magnificent 25 yard volley to claim a point for Morecambe.
