408 Hereford United supporters were counted through the turnstiles at the Racecourse this afternoon.
At the equivalent game last season which was played with a Sunday mid-day kick-off there were 663 Hereford fans.
Part of the drop could be placed on the tremendous support that followed the Bulls at Birmingham last Tuesday.
The Racecourse is one of League Two's more attractive grounds with its unusual main stand but last year Hereford supporters complained of over-policing by the North Wales force. This might also have led to fewer fans supporting Hereford today.
