One clean sheet isn't good enough - Trewick

Hereford United manager John Trewick has said that he wants his side to keep more clean sheets. The Bulls have let in goals in every League game so far this season except the home game against Accrington.

"I got defenders in who I felt were good enough to keep clean sheets and still might be, but it's not all about the back four and the goalkeeper, it's a team effort and we have to be more resilient," Trewick told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"I've got a fair idea in my mind of my best back five. But to say I'm happy with it - I can't be happy with it with one clean sheet in eleven League matches.

"The players must realise that they need to start defending with real grit, determination, and stop crosses and stop people getting easy headers at goal and shots at goal.

"If they don't I will have to look to change it, that's not a threat, it's a reality."
