Crawley defender Charlie Wassmer has commented on the Youtube video of the club's players dancing over Steve Evans' departure from the club. He told the Crawley News: "When you see things happening like that it must mean something was going wrong with the players and staff here. A lot of the boys didn't get on with him." Plymouth owner James Brent's company has been named as preferred bidder for a £83million redevelopment in Plymouth that will see the football club get a new grandstand.

Burton trialled keeper Robert Peet, full back Ryan Jackson, and midfielder Jordan Keane in their reserve loss to Walsall. Macclesfield have returned keeper Richard O'Donnell to Sheff Weds after former Bull Jose Veiga resumed duties after injury. O'Donnell played 11 times for the Silkmen without being on the winning side. Former Bulls youth team keeper Harvey Rivers has earned a two year scholarship with Cheltenham Town.

Plymouth have frozen season ticket prices for the coming season. Macclesfield have also frozen their ticket prices, saying they have barely moved in ten years. Rotherham defender Ryan Cresswell says his predecessor Andy Scott didn't like him and froze him out. Cresswell says his opinionated manner is liked by new boss Steve Evans, who called him a 'leader amongst men'.

Lincoln manager David Holdsworth has 'agreed in principle' a contract to remain at the club next season. The news hasn't gone down well with Imps fans, with a majority of voters in an online poll calling for a change.
