Over 400 tickets have been sold by Hereford United for the FA Cup game at Cheltenham Town on Monday December 3rd.
At present sales of the tickets are due to finish at 4pm on the previous Friday but with the draw for the third round of the Cup taking place on the Sunday and Hereford not playing until the Monday supporters will know who the potential opposition will be. And if it's Manchester United, for example, this might add to the interest in the Cheltenham game.
"I believe we've sold just over 400 tickets," said chairman David Keyte.
"It is still 13 days away.
"Initially the Friday close was geared to a Saturday game.
"I see no reason why we can't accomodate selling after the draw.
"But we will have to check it out with the FA."
Around 1300 tickets are available for Hereford United supporters.
