Sinton Has No Hard Feelings

Chris Sharp In the Mix At Grimsby Last Saturday
Telford boss Andy Sinton says he has no hard feelings towards Chris Sharp following his move to Edgar Street.

Surprisingly, the Bucks failed to insert a clause in Sharp's transfer blocking him from playing in tonight's match. Sinton told the local press:

"Chris has gone to a full-time club and we wish him well. I will be delighted to see him again but, hopefully, he doesn’t really get going on the night. We know all about Chris, his strengths, and we will have to combat them and we will get on with it.”

Sinton will have veteran striker Steve Jones back from a four match ban for tonight's game. The 36 year old was sent off in their FA Trophy loss at King's Lynn, in just his second game after coming back from a three match ban. Sinton is glad to have him back, but told the press he wasn't particularly happy about losing him to suspension for seven of nine games:

“He comes back into our squad and he is a big player who we have missed. But we haven’t missed him because he has been left out. He has been missed through his own stupidity.”
