Preparations to launch a new share issue for Hereford United continue.
The directors met with a local solicitor earlier this week after a recent shareholders meeting turned down one of the main proposals.
It's understood the solicitor will go through the documents originally sent to shareholders and suggest changes to them.
Another meeting of shareholders is expected to take place later this month to, hopefully, agree to the proposals.
Meanwhile it's been confirmed that Stuart Blake, the consultant, who has been helping the board recently has not been appointed as a director.
Speculation that he had been appointed surfaced after a photograph of the youth team appeared on the Official Site yesterday with Blake named as a director.
Later the photograph was taken down.
